Hi! I'm Ashley- Lover of linens, timelines and all things weddings. I'm here to be your wedding planning bestie.
From planning middle school dances to orchestrating dream weddings in the Rockies, I’ve always loved creating moments of joy and celebration. After six years of industry experience, honing my skills and building close connections with vendors, I decided it was time to start my own brand to deliver a more personal, elevated wedding planning experience.
I’m here not just to be your wedding planner; I'm here for a partnership filled with creativity, empathy, and a dash of fun. I believe in working hard, treating people right, and showing my two daughters that you really can have it all while loving what you do!

We prefer to refer to this type of service as 'Wedding Management'. We couldn't, in good faith, show up to your wedding day and know exactly what to do without putting in a significant amount of work beforehand. Having ample time to talk through details with you, get to know your vendors, and make sure everyone's ducks are in a row are essential to a successful and stress-free wedding day. For these reasons, we start our Wedding Management services 60 days before your wedding day.
While we are positive that your Venue Coordinator loves weddings and would be there in a pinch, they are hired to perform and oversee essential tasks for the management of your wedding venue. Things like ensuring the restrooms are well stocked, monitoring noise limits, and taking care of the facilities are top of mind for Venue Coordinators. Hiring a professional wedding planner/coordinator (us!) ensures that you have a team of people to surround you and support you and your favorite people with any personal needs (did Grandma's heel break off and need to be superglued back on, or Mom's zipper broke and she needs to be sewn in?). Our sole purpose on your wedding day is to make sure you and your families have the best day ever!
We realize that planning your wedding isn't your full-time job, although sometimes it feels that way. We choose to utilize Aisle Planner, which is an online, cloud-based project management platform that offers a great alternative to unending pages of Google Docs. Among the many helpful features are the insanely detailed checklists, floorplanning tools, as well as guest management and even a place to store your inspo! We include the pricing for this tool in our packages as a perk when working with us.
We don't! As much as we love working with our favorites, we are always happy to make new friends and learn more about their services. We just ask that you have a contractual relationship with anyone providing a service at your wedding, for everyone's protection. We are also happy to provide any recommendations for our favorite vendors; ask for our list if you'd like to learn more!
We pride ourselves on being easy-going, understanding, and flexible throughout the planning process and on your wedding day. We have been in the Hospitality Industry, in many different positions, from day one and that gives us a unique understanding of your wedding day as a whole from a multitude of perspectives. We also do our very best to keep in mind the insane privilege we have to be able to support our couples and their families through this incredible experience, and we don't take our responsibility lightly!
We do our best to make sure we are meeting you where you are at. We understand that everyone has a million things going on with work, family, friends, and life in general, and adding wedding planning into an already busy schedule can be tough. We keep typical office hours but can absolutely make accommodations to connect outside of those when necessary. We have served clients on opposite ends of the country, in med school, in the military, and in tons of other scenarios, and we want to make sure that we are giving everyone the grace and understanding that we are here to make sure things are being accomplished and you don't have to clear your whole schedule to do it.
